Scoring has commenced on a 48 minute documentary entitled I Won’t Go.
Director / Producer Georgina Hurcombe has shot a beautiful film about Oli, a 99 year old housebound, eccentric ex-headmistress and millionaire – whose daily struggle is increased by a world that seems to have forgotten her as she shares her condemned home with her Shetland Pony, her pet cat, and an infestation of rats.
Also involved are BAFTA / EMMY / RTS winner Eric Harwood (pr. The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off) and BAFTA winning editor Tony Palmer (The Killing of John Lennon). It is partly funded by Channel 4 Docs.
